This is something that any good product manager or engineer would have (or should have) thought of to avoid pissing customers off automatically and without any human contact or evaluation to avoid making such a blunderous mistake. But what they apparently don't consider is whether or not you're also on a VPN or ad blocking tools (Viber comes with ads which you apparently can't opt-out of, meaning "tracking"), which could be the root of the problem. Pretty bad for a new user to find out about a week later that your account is being blocked without a credible explanation, other than "we determined that your IP address is being used for spam".
